Villa Nuka is one of our luxury rental villas with sea view located in Kördere, one of the popular areas of Kalkan. This special villa, which fascinates with its unique view, offers a total of 8 people with its 4 bedrooms. With its modern architecture and stylish interior design, it has been designed with the finest details in mind for the comfort of our guests.

Villa Nuka also provides service in the winter months with its indoor and heated pool in order to offer holiday pleasure in every season. In addition, thanks to the projection system on the pool terrace, it offers the privilege of enjoying a movie outdoors with your loved ones accompanied by the sea view.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will be like the kitchen of your home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room has a modern and luxurious design and includes a comfortable seating area, TV, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: There is 1 double bed, nightstand, dressing table, bathtub, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: There is 1 double bed, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 3: There is 1 double bed, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 4: There are 2 single beds, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 12 Meters X 4.10 Meters, 1.45 Meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 4 Meters X 3 Meters, 1.20 Meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 5,000 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

There is a heating system in our villa’s indoor pool. It can be opened for 1,200 TL per day upon request.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Nuka is 6,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air transportation, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
