Villa Nova

Villa Nova, located in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan, is within walking distance to the center of Kalkan. Villa Nova has been designed with a new architectural approach for you to spend a pleasant holiday with your family and friends. Thanks to its central location, it provides easy access to the beach, market and city center. In addition to a private pool, Villa Nova promises you a unique villa holiday experience by offering facilities such as Turkish bath, sauna, billiards and table tennis.

Kitchen: At a place called "Villa Nova", there is a modern American kitchen with sea and nature views. This kitchen includes a range of appliances and utensils. These include an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle and a 4-burner stove. There are also pots and pans, dinnerware for 8 people, cutlery, tea, coffee and water glasses, which can be used for guests to cook or store food in the kitchen.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is on the ground floor.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is on the 1st floor.

3. Bedroom: It is a young bedroom with 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a make-up table, a bathroom and a toilet. The bedroom is on the 1st floor.

4. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is located in the attic, and the large terrace and bar are also located on this floor.

Air conditioning is standard in all bedrooms and living room.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool with dimensions of 8.5 m x 4 m and a depth of 1.45 m in the garden.

Garden: There is a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, garden dining table, chairs and barbecue in the large garden of the villa.

Pool Dimensions:

It is 8 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.

Note: For stays of 5 nights or less, an extra 5.000 TL short stay fee is required.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Nova is 10.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
