Villa Nergis offers from all bedrooms a beautiful view of the bay of Kalkan. With its luxurious and comfortable furnishings, the sight-protected villa offers ample space for up to 8 people in its 4 bedrooms. Our villa is only a few minutes walk from the centre and offers all amenities for a successful holiday.

Kitchen: modern American kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, built-in oven, 4-plate stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster etc.. Access to the pool terrace

Living area: Stylishly furnished living area with seating group, TV, satellite receiver, DVD player and air conditioning. There is access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: double bed, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and balcony. Bedroom with sea view.

Bedroom 2: double bed, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and balcony. Bedroom with sea view.

NOTE : A short stay fee of  4.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 10.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
