Villa Nefesim is a stylish holiday villa with 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people, located in the Ulugöl region of Kalkan. Decorated with the harmony of stone and wooden architecture, the villa offers its guests a comfortable and peaceful holiday. The villa’s sheltered large garden is ideal for conservative nuclear families and honeymoon couples. The garden includes a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a seating corner, a dining table, table tennis and a barbecue area. The jacuzzi in one of the villa’s bedrooms is among the details that will increase the pleasure of your holiday. Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will make you feel like the kitchen of your home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, dining table, dinner set and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The modernly designed living room includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 12 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.45 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 3,000 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Nefesim is 3,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be returned to you when you leave. According to the terms of refund of your deposit, there should be no breakage, damage or missing items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, breakage or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning in each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
