The villa features a fully secluded pool terrace with a private swimming pool, sun loungers, swing, seating area, dining table, and BBQ. One of the bedrooms also includes a jacuzzi. Nestled on the slopes of the mountains, Villa Nefes Yeşilköy offers a tranquil escape from the noise and rush of daily life.

Kitchen: The villa’s kitchen, which has an American-style kitchen, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, 4-burner stove, kettle, dinnerware for 4 people, pans, pots, cutlery, and cutlery.

Living Room: The large and spacious living room has a modern seating group where you can sit comfortably, a coffee table, a TV, a TV unit, air conditioning and an exit to the pool terrace.

Not : A short stay fee of 3.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit fee for Villa Nefes Yeşilköy is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
