Villa Nef

Villa Nef is a 7 bedroom 14 person villa designed for crowded families and groups of friends in Kalkan Kızıltaş. It is a 5-minute walk from the city center with panoramic sea and nature views. Our villa which has a sea view in all bedrooms has billiards, table tennis and sports equipment in the game room.

Kitchen: American kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, water dispenser, 4 built-in stove, oven, micro wave, bar counter, dining table and all kitchen tools.

Living Room: The spacious and magnificent hall of our villa has a seating group, air conditioning, TV, satellite, internet, fireplace and toilet.

Note: A short stay fee of 100 GBP is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Bail Conditions: A securtiy deposit of 250 GBP will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to run smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
