Villa Narin 10

Villa Narin 10 is our villa with a fully sheltered pool located in the village of Islamlar in Kalkan. Our villa, located in the facility where similar types of villas are located, was completed in 2019. Our villa, suitable for families, has been designed with guest satisfaction in mind .. There is a heated pool. It is designed with an American kitchen concept and ultra-modern furniture.

Kitchen: Our kitchen, which has a modern and stylish design, has a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-built-in hob, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dinnerware, kitchen tools and equipment.

Hall: Our comfortable and comfortable living room has a sitting group, TV, satellite, internet, iron, ironing board. It is possible to exit from our lounge per pool.

1st Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom and jacuzzi.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom.

4th Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom.

Pool Dimensions: 4 m X 10 m, Depth: 1.60 m.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 2.500 TL is required for accommodation of less than 7 nights.

Pool heating fee is 1.250 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 3.000 TL is taken before entering the villa. This damage deposit is returned to you after you leave the villa. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide preliminary assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss or loss. Instead of 3000 TL for your payment; It is possible to pay in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates.

Entry and Exit Information: New guests can enter each villa from 16:00 in the afternoon. Our guests who will leave should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team enters the villa when our current guest leaves. From the departure at 10:00 until the new entrance at 16:00, our villa will be completely cleaned for our new guest.

Transportation: Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation service cannot be provided. For our guests coming by air, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport, we ask you to take this into consideration when buying your tickets. Our guests who request paid service for paid transfer or car rental may request support from our sales consultants. For our guests arriving by land and their own vehicles, location sending and directions are made by us if requested.
