Villa Mountain is a luxurious and private holiday villa located in the Islamlar area of Kalkan, designed with a conservative concept. With 2 bedrooms and a capacity for up to 4 guests, it is an ideal choice for honeymoon couples and small families.

Overlooking the stunning nature and mountain views of Islamlar, the villa offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Its private infinity pool perfectly complements the scenery, while the spacious pool terrace provides an ideal setting to enjoy unforgettable moments with your loved ones.

Villa Mountain combines comfort and luxury with premium amenities such as a Turkish bath (hammam), sauna, and fitness equipment. In addition, one of the bedrooms features a jacuzzi, adding an extra touch of indulgence to your stay.

With its secluded and protected structure, the villa ensures complete privacy, making it a perfect getaway for guests seeking tranquility and exclusivity.

Kitchen: The American-style kitchen overlooks the nature. It includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in 4-burner hob, oven, pots and pans, kettle, 4-person dinner set, cutlery, water and tea glasses, and a toaster.

Living Room: Villa Mountain has a living room with nature and mountain views. The living room features modern and comfortable seating, air conditioning, TV, satellite receiver and internet modem, a dining table for 6 people, and a WC/washbasin. There is access to the pool terrace from the living room.

1. Bedroom: Features a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, and TV. There is a private bathroom with toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10.5 meters x 3.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 8,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Mountain is 10,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. The deposit is refundable provided there are no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss of items in the villa from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
