Villa Moda

Villa Moda, located in the Patara region, which is a great option for honeymoon holidays, our villa has 1 bedroom and an accommodation capacity for 2 people. In the secluded garden of our villa, which has been sheltered by fences, there is a pool, sun lounger and sitting corner where you can have fun and cool off when you get tired of the heat. The tarpaulin in front of the pool can be opened and closed. There is also a double jacuzzi in the bedroom of our villa.

Kitchen: The American kitchen with all kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room with a simple and modern architecture has a comfortable seating group, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, and a dining table for 4 people. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. Access to the pool terrace is possible.

Pool Dimensions: 6 meters X 3 meters wide, 1.60 centimeters deep.

Shallow Pool Dimensions: It is 2 meters X 2 meters wide, 0.35 centimeters deep.

Note : For accommodation of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 750 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Moda is 2.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
