Villa Mıstılı, which has a lush green view where you can be alone with nature, is located in Üzümlü Village with a high oxygen level. This special villa, where you can both relax and have a healthy holiday with your loved ones, has been designed with all the details you dream of in mind.

A comfortable and luxurious holiday awaits you in our villa, which is ideal for large families and groups of friends thanks to its spacious structure. Thanks to the large swimming pool, which is built completely sheltered, both your privacy is protected and you enjoy peaceful moments. There is also a foosball table in the garden for you to have fun. Thus, your holiday is both relaxing and fun.

Thanks to its modern and fully equipped kitchen, you can easily prepare any meal you want and enjoy a delicious barbecue in the barbecue area by the pool. Enjoy the sun during the day with comfortable garden furniture or have pleasant conversations under the stars in the cool of the evening.

NOTE: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 3,500 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Misti is 4,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be returned to you when you leave. According to the terms of your deposit refund, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, breakage or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning in each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
