Villa Mirador Stone

Villa Mirador Stone is a 2-bedroom, 4-person accommodation capacity conservative rental villa in the nature of stone and wooden architecture, completed in 2022 in the Sarıbelen Region of Kalkan. The interior of Villa Mirador Stone has been designed in a modern and comfortable way in accordance with the stone architecture, and at the same time, all the details have been considered for you. The garden and pool terrace of our villa have been protected with wooden fences so that they are not visible from the outside.

Kitchen : Fullly equipped modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Living Room : The living room with a view, designed for your comfort, has a seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, DVD player.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bath and toilet .

2. Bedroom : There are two single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, air conditioning, Shared bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 8.5 meters X 3 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 1.750 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Mirador Stone is 3.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
