The villa’s large and sheltered garden includes a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a seating area, a mini play castle, and table tennis, providing an ideal environment for both relaxation and fun.

Furthermore, it is possible to rent it together with Villa Arya Duo 1 and Villa Mira Trio 2, which are located right next to it. This offers an advantageous accommodation option for large families and groups of friends.

Bedroom 1: Contains one double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, dressing table, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Contains one double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Note: A short-stay fee of 5,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Mina Rio 3 is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Each villa has a check-in time of 4 PM and a check-out time of 10 AM for new guests. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our next guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will share location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
