Villa Mina Rio 3 provides a perfect accommodation for a family of four or a group of friends with its large and spacious interiors. The villa, which has two specially designed bedrooms, has all the modern amenities that guests may need. The private pool located in the villa's large and sheltered garden provides an ideal environment to cool off on hot summer days. The sun loungers and seating areas, mini game castle and msasa tennis in the garden offer an environment where you can enjoy the sun and have peaceful moments. Perhaps the most striking feature of Villa Mina Rio 3 is its magnificent view. You can have your breakfast or watch the sunset against the unique nature of Islamlar. Villa Arya Duo 1 and Villa Mira Trio 2, located right next to our villa, are our next-door neighbors.

Kitchen: The modern and stylish American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The bright and spacious modern living room includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is also access from the living room to the pool terrace.
 

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, make-up table, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 3,000 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit for Villa Mina Rio 3 is 3,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
