Villa Mia 1

The Villa Mia in Kalkan-Kördere with its view-protected swimming pool is particularly well suited for conservative families. The villa offers excellent views of Kalkan Bay and the islands. The property is spread over three floors.

On the ground floor there is the American kitchen and the living room, on the first floor two bedrooms with sea view and in the attic there is another bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed). Our villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people. The last 60 meters to our villa are steep.

Living area: sea and mountain views, seating area, satellite TV (LCD), WLAN, air conditioning, dining area, access to pool terrace.

Kitchen: Large, spacious and modern equipped American kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle etc..

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, wardrobe, commode, air conditioner, bathroom

Bedroom 2: 2 single bed, wardrobe, commode, air conditioner, bathroom

Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, wardrobe, commode, air conditioner, bathroom 

NOTE: For accommodation of less than 7 nights, a short accommodation fee of 4.000 TL is requested.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 3.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
