Kitchen: The bright and spacious American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room has a modern design and includes a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player and air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 11 meters x 3.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 2,500 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit requested for Villa Mevo is 3,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be returned to you when you leave. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, breakage or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Entry and Exit Information: Our guest entry hours to our villas are determined as 16:00. Our guest exit time from our villas is 10:00 in the morning. We kindly ask you to make your plans according to the specified hours. Our villas are cleaned in detail and delivered for our guests who will come after you.

Transportation: Our villas are located far from the city center and in a structure intertwined with nature. Unfortunately, in this case, public transportation service cannot be provided to the location of our villas. Our sales consultants are ready to provide support for our guests who want to make a paid transfer or rent a car. For our guests who will prefer air transportation, the closest airport to the location of our villas is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our consultants share location information for our guests who come with their private vehicles.
