Villa Met 

Villa Met is a 2 bedroom rental villa located in the Kalkan Yeşilköy area. Completed in 2020, the villa is decorated with modern furniture and is ideal for honeymoon couples. It is suitable for conservative families and has a jacuzzi in one bedroom.

Kitchen: Modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-stove, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dinnerware, cutlery, pans and pots.

Living Room: The lounge, which has a view of the pool, has a sofa set, a dining table for 4 people, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning. There is a large glass sliding door that can be accessed from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioning, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, private bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe and bedside table. Bathroom and toilet are in common use.

Pool Dimensions

It is 8 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.

NOTE : For rentals of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 800 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for the villa is 2000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16.00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
