Villa Mes Garden 4, Our luxury and sheltered villa located in the Yeşilköy area of Kalkan, has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 5 people. Thanks to its sheltered nature, our villa is ideal for conservative nuclear families. Located in a quiet location with nature view, the large garden of our villa has a pool, sun loungers, sitting corner, swing, dining table, barbecue and mini slide where children can have fun. Living Room: The living room, which has been designed with simple touches, has a TV, coffee table and air conditioning. There is also an exit to the pool terrace from the lounge.

Kitchen: All equipment is available for you to cook your meals in the American kitchen, which has modern touches. All kitchen needs such as refrigerator, oven, stove, water dispenser, toaster are at your fingertips.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There is a double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe, a nightstand, air conditioning, a bathroom and a toilet.

Pool Dimensions: It is 8 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 1.500 TL TL is required for accommodation of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Mes Garden 4 is 1,500 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
