Villa Mes Garden 3, Our sheltered villa located in the Yeşilköy area of Kalkan has 1 bedroom and an accommodation capacity of 2 people. Due to its sheltered nature, our villa is ideal for honeymooners. Villa Mes Garden 3 has a pool, table tennis, sitting corner, dining table, barbecue area and swing in the garden with nature views. In the modern designed villa, there is a jacuzzi and a Turkish bath in the bedroom. Villa Mes Garden 3 is just for you to have a peaceful and unforgettable holiday.

Living Room: The living room, which is modern and designed for your comfort, includes a comfortable seating group, TV and air conditioning. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:  The bright and spacious fully equipped American kitchen with technological design includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, kettle, water dispenser, toaster, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, vanity table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: It is 8 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 1.000 TL is required for accommodation of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Mes Garden 3 is 1,500 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
