Villa Mercan Üzümlü, Surrounded by trees, carefully decorated for our honeymoon couples, our villa located in Kalkan Üzümlü region has 1 bedroom and has a capacity of 2 people. Surrounded by colorful fences, our villa has a pool, sun loungers, parasols, a sitting corner, a swing, a dining table and a barbecue area in its garden. At the same time, our villa, which is far from the crowds and noise of city life, has a jacuzzi. Villa Mercan Üzümlü, which is a special option for couples dreaming of a honeymoon in the greenery, offers comfort and peace together. 

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will make you feel like your home kitchen, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, dining table, dinner set and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The modern living room, dominated by yellow and orange tones, includes a comfortable and luxurious seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: The room has a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: For rentals under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2500 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Mercan Üzümlü is 3,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be returned to you when you check out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning in each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
