Villa Melmus is an ideal holiday villa for conservative families and honeymooners, located in the Üzümlü region of Kalkan, with a capacity of 4 people. The villa, located in touch with nature, offers a quiet and peaceful holiday away from city life. Villa Melmus, which also has a specially designed playground for your children, offers various opportunities for you to have a pleasant time with your family. The double jacuzzi inside the villa provides relaxation and comfort to its guests. Villa Melmus, where you can enjoy nature with its modern and comfortable design, is a perfect choice for those who want to be alone with nature.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will make you feel like the kitchen of your home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room, which has a modern and luxurious design, includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8.3 meters x 3.8 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 800 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Melmus is 2,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be returned to you when you leave. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, breakage or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning in each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
