Villa Melek Yeşilköy is a 2-bedroom villa for rent with a nature view, located in the Yeşilköy District of Kalkan, with an accommodation capacity of 4 people. The interior of Villa Melek Yeşilköy has been designed in a modern and comfortable way and has been prepared for you. The pool terrace and garden of our villa are surrounded by fences and are not visible from the outside. Villa Melek Yeşilköy is an ideal option for families of 4 people or groups of friends and honeymooners.

Kitchen: The villa’s kitchen, which has an American-style kitchen, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, 4-burner stove, kettle, dinnerware for 4 people, pans, pots, cutlery, and cutlery.

Living Room: The large and spacious living room has a modern seating group where you can sit comfortably, a coffee table, a TV, a TV unit, air conditioning, and an exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2.Bedroom: There are two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

A short stay fee of 1000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Melek Yeşilköy is 2.500 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
