This 1-bedroom villa features an infinity pool, jacuzzi, barbecue area, swing, sun loungers, and a cozy outdoor dining space where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets with your loved one. Every detail of the villa is thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation.

Living Room : In the comfortable living room of the villa, there is a sitting group, TV, satellite receiver, shared toilet, wifi connection for internet. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen : In the modern and useful American kitchen, there are refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, oven, toaster, toaster, kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Bedroom : There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table and bedside table in the room. There is a private jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 9.5 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

NOTE : For accommodation of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 4.000 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure :,The deposit fee requested for Villa Maya is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
