Villa Maxi

The newly renovated Villa Maxi is located in Kalkan-Ortaalan and accommodates up to 11 guests in its beautiful rooms.

Kitchen: Our kitchen, which is designed in American style, has a complete equipment with dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven, electric kettle, toaster, dining group for 12 people ect. There is also direct access to the pool terrace.

Living room: sitting area, satellite TV, WLAN, air conditioning and fireplace, bathroom / WC and access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: The room has a balcony, a double bed, air conditioning, chest of drawers, dressing table and a shared bathroom.  

Bedroom 2: The room has a balcony, two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bathroom.

Bedroom 3: The room has a balcony, a double bed, a whirlpool, air conditioning, chest of drawers and a bathroom.

Bedroom 4: The room has a balcony, a double bed, air conditioning, chest of drawers and a bathroom.

Bedroom 5: The room has a balcony, two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a shared bathroom.

Bedroom 6: The room has a single bed, air conditioning and a shared bathroom.

Note: For stays of 5 nights or less, an extra 3.000 TL short stay fee is requested.

Pool: Private swimming pool with privacy. Dimensions: 10 m x 5 m, depth: 1.60 m. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once a day in the morning or afternoon.

Garden: In the well-kept and spacious garden there is a private swimming pool, sunshade, sunbeds, a pavilion and a barbecue. 

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 5.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
