Kitchen : Full-equipped, useful kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), electric kettle, dinnerware for 2 people, pans, pots and cutlery.

Living Room: The comfortable living room has a seating group, satellite TV (LCD), wifi, dining table for 2 people and air conditioning. There is a bathroom and toilet in this section. There is an exit to the pool terrace in the living room.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi and bathroom in the room. There is an exit to the pool terrace from the room.

It is 7 meters X 3,5 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

For accommodation of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 650 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Masal Evi is 1,500 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
