Villa Martina is a 4 bedroom rental villa located in the Akbel area of ​​Kalkan. It hosts the magnificent sea and nature view of Kalkan. It has a large pool and garden terrace, and there is a BBQ area and a small kitchen on the terrace. It is carefully decorated with modern and comfortable items. There is a jacuzzi in two suite bedrooms.

Kitchen: Modern designed American kitchen has refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove (built-in), kitchen equipment, dinner set.

Living Room: There is a seating group, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning and a dining table in the living room with sea and nature views. Exit from the saloon to the pool terrace.

Note: A short stay fee of 5,000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Martina is 10.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
