Villa Marlin is a luxury holiday villa located within a secure residential complex in the İncebel region of Kalkan. Surrounded by beautiful nature and panoramic sea views, the villa features three bedrooms, making it an excellent choice for families and groups of friends.

The villa includes a sea-view lounge area on the pool terrace, where guests can relax and enjoy the stunning scenery throughout the day. Its comfortable living room with panoramic views and fully equipped kitchen provide everything needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Guests can enjoy the shared semi-Olympic swimming pool and children’s pool within the complex free of charge. Additional facilities such as table tennis, foosball, and a library are also available at no extra cost. The Club House restaurant and café on site offer delicious meals and refreshing drinks, while a shared trampoline area for children adds extra fun for younger guests.

Kitchen: The fully equipped American kitchen includes a refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner (built-in), microwave oven, kettle, cooking sets, kitchen appliances and a dishwasher for 8 people.

Living Room: The modern and comfortable living room has a seating area, a dining table for 6 people, satellite TV (LCD), WiFi and air conditioning. The living room on the pool floor is connected to the terrace with glass doors. In this way, you can enjoy the pool and sea view.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are two single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, air conditioning, a bathroom and a toilet.

Note :

A short stay fee of 4.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit procedure: The deposit required for the villa is 5.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The check-in time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
