Villa Marlin

Villa Marlin is a 3 bedroom luxury designed rental villa located in a security complex in the Incebel Region of Kalkan. It provides you a pleasant holiday opportunity with its comfortable lounge with panoramic views and fully equipped kitchen, where you can have a pleasant time in our lodge with sea view, located on the pool terrace. The common semi-olympic swimming pool and children's pool in the site are completely free for our guests. Table tennis, table football and the library are used free of charge by our guests. . You can enjoy your holiday with your loved ones with unique views in the villa, where every detail is carefully considered for your comfort.

Kitchen: The fully equipped American kitchen includes a refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner (built-in), microwave oven, kettle, cooking sets, kitchen appliances and a dishwasher for 8 people.

Living Room: The modern and comfortable living room has a seating area, a dining table for 6 people, satellite TV (LCD), WiFi and air conditioning. The living room on the pool floor is connected to the terrace with glass doors. In this way, you can enjoy the pool and sea view.

Note :

A short stay fee of 3.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit procedure: The deposit required for the villa is 3,000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The check-in time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
