Villa Maris Kalamar is a very spacious luxury villa with 5 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 10 people, located in Kalamar, one of the uniquely beautiful centers of Antalya Kalkan. When you look from its window, you can watch the magnificent sea and nature view of Kalkan. All details for your holiday in the villa have been considered and will allow you to enjoy a unique holiday.

Cuisine : There is an American kitchen with a modern structure. In this modern kitchen, there are utensils to meet all your needs. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, dinnerware and kitchen utensils.

Saloon : This hall, where you can comfortably watch the sea view, is designed with modern and luxurious details. In the living room, there is a luxury sitting group, plasma TV, satellite receiver, dining table, air conditioning, iron and ironing board. There is an exit to the pool from the living room.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Maris Kalamar is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
