Located in Kalkan’s İslamlar Mevkii, Villa Mario is designed for guests who are particularly conservative in nature and value privacy. With its 2 bedrooms and 5-person capacity, it is a suitable option for honeymooners and families.

The most striking features of this villa include an indoor pool, Turkish bath and sauna; these facilities allow guests to have a private and relaxing holiday. In addition, the villa offers fun options such as table tennis for energetic activities and is equipped with a generator system against possible power outages.

Luxurious facilities such as a jacuzzi also offer perfect opportunities for you to relieve the tiredness of the day. The fully equipped kitchen and all other details will provide everything you need for an isolated and enjoyable holiday experience.

Kitchen: Our villa, which has a very stylish and modern atmosphere with its wooden cabinets, has an American kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave oven, tea maker, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee and water glasses.

Living Room: Our villa, which has been carefully decorated with all the details in mind, has a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning and internet in its living room. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, TV, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 3 meters x 2 meters wide, 1.20 meters deep. There is no heating system.

Note: A short stay fee of 3,000 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit for Villa Mario is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the terms of your deposit refund, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, the new guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who use private vehicles.
