Villa Mare Kördere, 3 bedroom villa for rent with a capacity of 6 people, located in Kalkan Kördere Region. The interior of our villa is designed in a modern and spacious way and decorated in a bohemian style. Villa Mare Kördere is an ideal option for families of 6 people with its sheltered pool terrace and sea view.

Kitchen : It has a modern American kitchen, all the tools you need in this modern kitchen are available. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, 4-burner stove, dinnerware, pans, pots, cutlery, and cutlery.

Living Room: It has a very comfortable and luxurious living room, in this luxurious living room there is a seating group, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, dining table, sink and toilet.

NOTE : For accommodation of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 3.000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Mare Kördere is 10.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
