Villa Manolya 2, located in Kalkan Üzümlü area, attracts attention by being cooler than Kalkan center on the hot evenings of summer, which is one of the most important features of the Üzümlü region. Thanks to the high location of the region, you can enjoy the clean air and unique nature view, and have the opportunity to listen to the chirping of birds and the unique sound of nature. A wonderful holiday awaits you, away from the noise and crowds of the city. Our villa has one bedroom and has a double bed, air conditioning, bathroom and jacuzzi. In addition, our villa is located side by side with Villa Manolya 1 in our system, thus offering an ideal option for families or groups who want to holiday together.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which is similar to the kitchen at home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room has a modern and luxurious design and includes a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, Jacuzzi bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7.5 meters x 3.5 meters wide, 1.47 meters deep.

NOTE: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 1,250 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Manolya 2 is 3,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
