Villa Manila is a luxury holiday villa with a capacity of 8 people, located in Kalkan’s Kalamar District. The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms and all rooms have a unique sea and nature view. In addition to the comfort in our luxury rental villa where you will witness the magnificent colors at all hours of the day; You can also have a very enjoyable time with the table tennis and pool table in the villa. It is an ideal option for crowded groups and families.

Kitchen : Modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, oven, electric kettle, water dispenser, 4-stove, 10-person dinnerware, pans, pots, cutlery and knife sets.

Living room : Sitting group, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, dining table, washbasin and toilet, exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom : Double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning, TV, bathroom and toilet. There is a balcony. It is on the 1st floor.

Pool Dimensions : 14 meters x 5 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE : If pool heating is requested, 300 Pound should be paid per week.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit required for Villa Manila is 10,000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be returned when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
