Kitchen: The American-style kitchen, reminiscent of your own home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The modern and luxuriously designed living room features comfortable seating, a TV, DVD player, air conditioning, and internet access. There is access from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: One double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 3: One double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 12.5 meters x 4.5 meters wide, 1.40 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 2.5 meters x 2.5 meters wide, 0.90 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 4,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Mabeyn is 5,000 TL. This amount will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: For each villa, the check-in time for new guests is 4 PM and the check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or car rentals can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests preferring air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
