Villa Luvi

Villa Luvi is one of our luxury villas with 2 bedrooms and 4 people accommodation capacity, located in Patara, Kalkan. It has a very large garden. The villa, which has a modern structure, attracts attention with its proximity to the center.

Kitchen : The American kitchen, which has a modern structure, has equipment to meet all your needs. In this modern kitchen, there are refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, ovens, stoves, microwaves, toasters, tea makers, coffee makers, pots, dishes, cutlery, etc. equipment is available.

Living Room : In the living room where you can sit comfortably, there are facilities such as a luxury sitting group, TV, TV unit, air conditioning and dining table.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2.Bedroom : There are two single beds, a wardrobe, a make-up table, air conditioning, a bathroom and a toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 8.30 meters x 3.25 meters, 1.55 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 2.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Luvi is 5000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
