Villa Luna, How sleek and contemporary design connects with Mediterranean landscapes is nothing short of spectacular. The lavish accommodation is spread over 4 floors with more spectacular views than ever, successively as the height increases. The spacious open-plan living space opens onto a large terrace where you can enjoy the private large pool or pre-dinner drinks before the journey to Kalkan's old town to enjoy some exquisite Turkish cuisine and low-key nightlife.

The ground floor is spacious, bright and beautifully decorated in a neutral modern style, offering a pop of color with contemporary artwork. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows maximize incredible Mediterranean views and include a comfortable living area with flat-screen TV, DVD/CD player and iPod dock, dining area, a large fully equipped kitchen, utility room and separate guest cloakroom.

Outside, the terraces are entered by glass doors that open from the lounge area to expand the living space. A large pool is nestled amongst a beautiful setting adding color and fragrance to the mature Mediterranean plantation. A shaded area is furnished with tables and chairs for comfortable seating and al fresco dining. The stylish poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and parasols.

Kitchen: The large and spacious American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, island kitchen, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The high ceiling, spacious living room includes a comfortable and luxurious seating group, TV, TV unit, DVD player, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Note: A short stay fee of 4,000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Luna is 10,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
