The villa boasts a large private swimming pool measuring 4 meters wide, 8 meters long, and 1.5 meters deep. A barbecue area is also provided for enjoyable evenings with stunning nature and sea views.

Located just 500 meters from the beach, market, and restaurants, and 1 kilometer from Kalkan center, the villa’s central location allows for convenient travel without the need for a car.

The villa also includes many amenities you might need, such as exercise equipment, a hairdryer, an iron, and parking.

Kitchen: The American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, four-burner hob, dinnerware, pans, pots, and cutlery.

Living Room: The living room, with its colorful and comfortable design, features a seating area, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, dining table, sink, and toilet. This area has been carefully designed for guests to relax and enjoy their time.

NOTE: A cleaning fee of 5,000 TL is charged for rentals shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Lumora is 10,000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before your arrival at the villa and refunded upon departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there should be no damage, loss, or broken items in the villa during your stay. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros, equivalent to the deposit amount, based on current exchange rates.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Each villa has a check-in time of 4 PM and a check-out time of 10 AM for new guests. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our next guests. The villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will share location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
