Villa Lumiere 2 is one of our rental villas in Kalkan Kiziltas. Our 4 bedroom 8-person villa has an en-suite bathroom in each bedroom. It welcomes you with its special design, large garden terrace and private swimming pool.

Kitchen Microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, pot and pan set, dinner set for 8 people, spoon and fork set and cups. There is a dining table and a seating area for 8 people.

Hall Air Conditioner has satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, sitting group and pool side exit. The hall is on the pool floor.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: It has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.
2nd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.
3rd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.
4th Bedroom: There are two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool: The size of the private swimming pool is 10 Meters X 3.5 Meters, 1.45 cm Depth.

Note : A short stay fee of 3.000TL is required for 7 nights stays.

Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 3.000 TL is collected before entering the villa. This damage deposit is returned to you after you leave the villa. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide preliminary assurance on behalf of the villa in the event of any damage, broken-dull, loss and loss. Instead of paying 3.000 TL; Based on current exchange rates, it is possible to pay in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, equivalent to this amount.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: New guests can log in to each villa by 16:00 noon. Our guests to check out should check out at 10:00. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the presence of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00, to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is fully cleaned for our new guest.

Transportation: Since our villas are fully detached villas, public transportation services cannot be provided. The closest airport for our guests who come by air is Muğla Dalaman Airport, we kindly request you to take this into consideration when buying your tickets. Our guests who request paid service for paid transfer or car rental can request support from our sales consultants. Location transfer and directions for our guests coming by road and by their own vehicles are made by us if requested.
