Villa Lore Akbel

Located in Akbel, Kalkan – Kaş / Antalya, this 2-bedroom villa accommodates up to 4 guests and features a private swimming pool. Thanks to its central location, the villa offers easy access to beaches and transportation. A portable barbecue is also available, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Villa Meri Akbel, featured on our website, is located on the upper floor of our villa.

Kitchen: Features a fully equipped modern American-style kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: Has a spacious living room with a view, designed for your comfort. This spacious living room includes a luxurious seating group, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, and DVD player. There is access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, and a bathroom with toilet.

2nd Bedroom: Two single beds, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 3 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 5,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Our villa’s outdoor pool has a heating system that can be activated during the winter season (October 1st - May 1st). Guests wishing to use the pool heating, which has an extra charge of 1500 TL per day, must inform us 3 days before their arrival.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Lore Akbel is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your arrival and returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund terms, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will share location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
