Living Room: In the comfortable living room, there is a seating group, television, satellite receiver, iron, ironing board, air conditioner, dining table for 6 people and chairs.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, built-in oven set, toaster, electric kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, pans, pots and glasses.

1st Bedroom : There is 1 double bed, a wardrobe, air conditioner and bedside table in the room. There is a private bathroom, toilet and jacuzzi.

2. Bedroom : There is 1 double bed, a closet, air conditioner and nightstand in the room. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and bedside table in the room. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions:

It is 12 meters X 3 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Pool Terrace: There is 1 sheltered private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, garden dining table and barbecue in the garden.

NOTE : 

A short stay fee of 3.000 TL is requested for co-anchors of less than 7 nights.

• Pet fee is 2000 TL. Maximum 1 pet is allowed.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Londra is 8.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
