Deposit Procedure

The security deposit required for Villa Loca is 10,000 TL. This amount is collected before check-in and refunded at check-out provided there is no damage, loss, or broken item in the villa.

Otherwise, the cost of any damage, breakage, or lost items will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit may also be paid in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information

For all our villas, check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. It is important to leave the villa on time so that our cleaning team can prepare it carefully for the next guests.

The villa is delivered ready for new guests from 16:00 onwards.
