Villa Loca is a luxury holiday villa with 4 bedrooms and a capacity of 9 people, located in the Kisla region of Kalkan, just 200 meters from the sea. Thanks to this close sea location, it is a perfect option especially for those who want to watch the sea view and the sunset. The location of the villa offers Kalkan’s fascinating nature and sea views, promising guests an unforgettable holiday experience.

The interior layout of Villa Loca is very well planned; there are two bedrooms and a living room on the ground floor, a large living room and American kitchen on the ground floor, a bedroom on the first floor and another bedroom on the attic. These spacious and comfortable living spaces are ideal especially for large families and groups of friends.

In the garden of the villa, there is a barbecue and a dining table where you can have enjoyable meals accompanied by the view. With its luxurious and comfortable structure, high-quality furniture and tasteful decoration, Villa Loca offers both an aesthetic and functional holiday environment.

Thanks to its proximity to the center of Kalkan, you can easily reach the surrounding restaurants, cafes and shopping points. Villa Loca is a villa designed with every detail you may need for a comfortable holiday in mind. Kitchen: This area includes an island unit, granite-topped work surfaces and quality integrated appliances such as a stainless steel oven, hob and extractor fan, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. There is a dining table for 8 people and a seating area.

The second floor also has guest cloakrooms in addition to a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Living Room : In the living room area, which has an exit to the pool terrace, there is a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player, as well as sofas and an armchair offering many comfortable seating areas.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, a balcony with a magnificent sea view, a wardrobe, a nightstand, air conditioning, a bathroom and a toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters X 3 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 7.500  TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 10.000 TL is taken prior to entry for Villa Lodge. This damage deposit is returned to you after you leave the villa. The purpose of the damage deposit is to provide preliminary assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss and loss. Your payment, instead of 10.000 TL; It is possible to pay in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Entry and Exit Information: New guests can enter each villa as of 16:00 noon. Our guests who are going to check out should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our special cleaning team is entering the villa with the departure of our current guest. From the check-out at 10:00 to the new entrance to be made at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned specially for our new guest.

Transportation : Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation service cannot be provided. For our guests arriving by air, the nearest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport, please take this into consideration when purchasing your tickets. Our guests who request paid services for paid transfer or car rental can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who will come by land and with their own vehicles, location transfer and directions are requested by us.
