Built in 2025, Villa Lliada is a modernly designed rental villa located in Kalkan’s exclusive Kalamar area, within walking distance of the sea. With 2 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 4 people, it offers a perfect holiday option for couples and small families.

The villa’s interior stands out with its modern and elegant design. Spacious and bright living spaces, comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and meticulously decorated bedrooms offer guests a blend of elegance and comfort. The outdoor private swimming pool and sun lounger area provide a perfect setting to fully enjoy the sun and nature.

Villa Lliada is located very close to the sea and the crystal clear waters of Kalamar Bay, while also offering easy access to nearby restaurants, cafes, and markets. It is an ideal choice for guests seeking a peaceful and enjoyable holiday.

Kitchen: The American-style kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, island kitchen, kettle, toaster, tea maker, dining table, and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The modern living room, with high ceilings and sea and nature views, features a comfortable seating area, TV, TV unit, DVD player, satellite receiver, and air conditioning. The living room has access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Features two single beds, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 12 meters x 3.5 meters, 1.40 meters deep.

NOTE: A 6,000 TL short-stay fee is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Iliada is 10,000 TL. This deposit will be collected before your arrival and refunded upon departure. According to the deposit refund policy, the villa must be free of any broken, damaged, or missing items during your stay. Otherwise, we will deduct the cost of any damage, broken, or missing items from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros, based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Guest check-in time for our villas is 4:00 PM. Guest check-out time is 10:00 AM. Please plan your stay accordingly. Our villas are thoroughly cleaned and then handed over for guests arriving after you.

Transportation: Our villas are located away from the city center, nestled in nature. Unfortunately, public transportation is not available to our villas. Our sales consultants are available to assist guests who wish to arrange a paid transfer or rent a car. For guests traveling by air, the closest airport to our villas is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our consultants will provide location information for guests arriving by private vehicle.
