Villa Little Royal

Villa Little Royal, Located in Kalkan Islamlar Region, with a 1-bedroom, 2-person accommodation capacity and nature view, Villa Little Royal’s interior is designed with wood and at the same time it is decorated in a modern way with colors compatible with wood. The pool terrace and garden are sheltered by a wall, and the front part of the pool is designed with a curtain system that can be opened and closed, making it a suitable option for conservative honeymoon couples and small nuclear families.

Kitchen: There is an American-style kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, 4-burner stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dinnerware for 4 people, pans, pots, cutlery, and cutlery.

Living Room: Modern sitting group, coffee table, TV, TV unit, air conditioner and exit to the pool terrace.

Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioner, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. Access to the pool terrace is possible.

Pool Dimensions: Width - 3.5 m | Length - 8 m | Depth - 1.50 cm

Garden : There are sun loungers, dining table for 2 people, barbecue, private swimming pool.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a 2,000 TL Short Stay fee is required.

Maintenance: The maintenance of the pool and garden in our villa is done once a day, in the morning or in the evening, by the officers who take care of the villa.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for the Villa Little Royal is 5.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
