Villa Lion

Villa Lion is a 6 bedroom villa for rent with a sea view and a capacity of 12 people, located in Kalkan Ortaalan Region. The interior of our villa has been designed in a modern and comfortable way and has been made ready for you. Villa Lion is located very close to the center, market and restaurants and is an ideal option for families or groups of 12 people.

Kitchen : Our villa, which has a fully equipped and modern American kitchen with a wide usage area, has equipment to meet all your needs. refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, microwave oven, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, tables and chairs and various kitchen tools and utensils are available. There is an exit from the kitchen to the pool floor.

Living Room : In the living room where comfort is kept at the highest level, there is a sitting group where you can sit against the magnificent view, satellite receiver, TV, air conditioner and a coffee table.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 125 GBP is required for accommodation of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit fee for Villa Lion is 350 GBP. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
