Villa Linam Üzümlü is a 1-bedroom villa for rent in the nature of Kalkan Üzümlü, with a capacity of 2 people. The interior of our villa has been designed in a modern and comfortable way and has been made ready for you. The pool terrace of Villa Linam Üzümlü has been made sheltered and at the same time offers you an ideal honeymoon holiday in greenery.

Kitchen : The American kitchen, which will look like your home kitchen, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: Our modern designed living room has a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet in the room.

It is 10 meters X 3.5 meters wide and 1.45 meters deep.

NOTE : 2.000 TL short stay fee is required for rentals less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Linam Üzümlü is 3,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
