Our villa, which has 4 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 8 people, draws attention with its modern architecture and luxurious details. It offers many privileges such as a private jacuzzi in 3 bedrooms, a Turkish bath and sauna for guests who want to relax and renew themselves, and a cinema hall, table football and table tennis for those who want to have fun to the fullest.

The indoor (unheated) pool inside allows you to have a different holiday experience at any time of the year; while the large pool terrace and upper terrace are ideal for you to have a pleasant time accompanied by the nature view.

With its modern living spaces, spacious interior design and versatile social areas, Villa Lina Duo Kalkan is not just an accommodation, but a holiday experience in itself.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will be like your home kitchen, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The modern and luxuriously designed living room includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

4. Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 4,500 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Lina Duo Kalkan is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time is 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning in each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
