Villa Lidya Yeşilköy, our villa, whose construction was completed in 2023, is located in Antalya Kaş Yeşilköy, and has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 5 people. There is a pool where you can have fun with your loved ones, sun loungers, parasols, sitting corner, dining table and barbecue in the nature view garden of our villa, which has been sheltered by a curtain system and fences. Villa Lidya Yeşilköy is very ideal for conservative nuclear families and honeymooners as it is sheltered. There is also a jacuzzi in one of the tastefully furnished bedrooms of our villa, which is frequently preferred for its clean air and modern architecture. Cleaning and spraying of our villa is done by the villa owner at regular intervals. Villa Talya Yeşilköy, Villa Metehan Yeşilköy and Villa Lina Yeşilköy, which are right next to our villa, are next to our villas. It can be preferred for large family groups.

Kitchen : The Villa Fiore kitchen, which has an equipped American kitchen, has all the kitchen utensils you need. You can easily access all kitchen utensils such as refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle.

Living Room : The living room, created for your comfort, includes a seating group and TV, coffee table, and air conditioning facilities.

Note : A short stay fee of 2,000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Lidya Yeşilköy is 4.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
