Villa Leto is located in Patara Region, one of the other uniquely beautiful places of Kalkan. This villa with 2 bedrooms has the capacity to host 4 people. You can increase your comfort in our villa, which has a panoramic view. Specially designed for the comfort of our valued guests, this villa has a private en-suite bathroom and a large jacuzzi in our bedrooms. The pool and garden areas are designed to be completely invisible from the outside. For this reason, it is often preferred by conservative families.

Kitchen : There is an American-style kitchen in this villa, as in the others. This American kitchen has all the kitchen utensils you need. Many tools such as refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, dinnerware are at hand for you to cook easily.

Living Room : In this living room where you can sit with pleasure, there are tools such as a seating group, TV, coffee table and air conditioner. It also has an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, hair dryer, television, air conditioner, jacuzzi. The room has a bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom : There are 2 single beds in the room, a wardrobe, a make-up table, a nightstand, a hair dryer and air conditioning. There is a bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 9 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note : For rentals shorter than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2.000 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Leto is 3.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
