Security Deposit Procedure

The security deposit requested for Villa Lera is 5,000 TL. This amount is collected before check-in and refunded at check-out provided that there is no damage, breakage or missing item in the villa.

The deposit may also be paid in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros according to the current exchange rate. Any damage, broken or missing item costs incurred during the stay are deducted from the deposit.

Check-in and Check-out Information

In all our villas, check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. It is important to comply with the check-out time so that our cleaning team can carefully prepare the villa for new guests.

The villa is delivered ready for incoming guests from 16:00.

Transportation

Due to the distance of our villas from the town centre, public transportation service is not available. Guests who would like paid transfer or car rental can get support from our sales consultants.

For guests travelling by air, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants also provide location details and directions for guests arriving by private car.
