Villa Leonardo is a stunning 1-bedroom villa located in the peaceful İslamlar area of Kalkan, offering a breathtaking nature view. Designed for 2 guests, this private retreat is the perfect choice for honeymooners and couples who value privacy and seclusion.

The lush garden features a private pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, a swing, a comfortable seating area, dining table, and BBQ zone. Inside, the villa is modern, fully furnished, and includes a heated indoor pool, making it suitable for a luxurious getaway year-round.

Kitchen: Fullly equipped modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Living Room: The living room with a view, designed for your comfort, has a seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, DVD player.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bath and toilet .

Pool Dimensions: 12 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 5 meters x 3 meters wide, 1.10 meters deep.

Note : 3.000 TL short stay fee is required for accommodation of less than 7 nights.

Pool heating fee is 1.500 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure: Deposit fee requested for Villa Leonardo is 5.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
