Villa Lavinya is a two bedroom conservative villa located in Kalkan Sarıbelen area. It is located in nature and offers a wonderful holiday away from the city chaos with its clean air. It has been carefully decorated with modern and comfortable furniture and all details have been considered for your needs during your holiday.

Kitchenware: American style kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, 4-stove, microwave oven, kettle, 8-person dinner set, pans, pots, cutlery, cutlery.

Living Room: Modern sitting group, coffee table, TV, TV unit, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of  3.000  TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Lavinya is 5.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16.00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
