Villa Lavanya

Villa Lavanya is a 2-bedroom villa for rent with a stone and wooden architecture with a capacity of 4 people, located in Kalkan Yeşilköy Region, in the nature. The interior of our villa has been designed as modern in accordance with its concept and there are 2 swimming pools on the pool terrace. Villa Lavaya, one of which has heating feature, is an ideal option for families of 4 and honeymooners.

Kitchen: The bright and spacious American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room :  The modern designed living room includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, air conditioning. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bath and toilet .

2. Bedroom: There are two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters X 3.6 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep. ,

Note: A short stay fee of 1.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Pool heating fee is an extra 750 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Lavanya is 2,500 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Entry and Exit Information: Our guest entry hours to our villas are determined as 16.00. Our guest check-out time from our villas is 10:00 in the morning. We kindly ask you to make your plans according to the specified hours. For our guests who will come after you, our villa is cleaned and delivered in detail.

Transportation: Our villas are located far from the city center, in a structure intertwined with nature. In this situation, unfortunately, public transportation service support cannot be provided to the location of our villas. Our sales consultants are ready to support our guests who want to transfer or rent a car. For our guests who will prefer the airline, the closest airport to the location of our villas is the Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our consultants share location information for our guests who come with their private vehicles.
